We have 40 years of senior executive business experience and offers independent expert legal and strategic business advice on the opportunities and risks of data governance and artificial intelligence. Our services include an Outsourced Data Protection Officer for those organisations processing the most sensitive, special category data.

Over the past nine years, ELIAS Partnership has worked collaboratively and successfully with Dean Armstrong KC and his team at Chambers to provide our clients with a UK GDPR (and DPA 2018) legally defensible position. These clients include businesses processing special category data in the retail, gambling, marketing services, media, healthcare, not for profit and real estate sectors.

We specialise in advising organisations about the deployment of facial recognition technology and have successfully guided our clients through ICO investigations.

If you have been wondering whether the data governance advice you have received since 2018 is fit for purpose in the face of the current threat landscape, it is worth considering an independent expert data health check. Feel free to contact us now for a free half hour discovery call.
